Installations
In the UK, with limited exceptions, all copper pair analogue telephone lines are installed by BT and belong to BT as part of the Local Loop. Under deregulation of the UK telecoms industry, BT are obliged to sell their services to approved Wholesalers who can then resell them to the general public and other operators.
Through arrangements with partner companies we are able to handle copper line installations for you, including all the admin, complaints, form filling, and follow up required.
We charge an initial administration fee for this service.
