Formed over 30 years ago, Hastingwood Securities Ltd. is a Property Development, Investment and Management Company with substantial interests in the Industrial and Commercial sectors. A flourishing IT and Telecoms Business Division has grown out of what were initially tenant support, service and partnership activities.
Hastingwood currently focuses on three core Property businesses: Industrial Business Parks, Managed Business Centres and an Investment Portfolio. In all these businesses, Hastingwood tries to be different and better than our competitors - and we think we succeed. Hastingwood has over 500 tenants occupying over 800,000 sf. Our IT and Telecoms business trades under the name of HastNet and is a tightly integrated range of sales, support, design and service provision functions. It includes:

- Data Centre providing Hosting, Co Location, Design and other web based services.
- Connectivity including Fibre and DSL services.
- Support, System Design, Consultancy.
